Your child's success or lack of success in sports does not indicate what kind of a parent you are...

But having an athlete that is coachable, respectful, a great teammate, mentally tough, resilient and tries their best
IS a direct reflection of your parenting.

EXPECTATIONS

  • Be a great student
  • Be a great teammate
  • Be coachable

CONCUSSION INFORMATION

Over the past couple of years there has been a heightened awareness and concern regarding concussions. While health care professionals continue to learn more about the effects of concussions they agree on at least one very important factor: diagnosis and treatment of this injury is difficult because of the nature of the injury. Some have said, "...where you can look at a knee arthroscopically the same isn't true of the brain..." and "...current technology and scanning doesn't always show this injury making recognition of the symptoms that much more important."

DISCLAIMER: the purpose of this section is to be informational only. It is not intended to be comprehensive in nature regarding the topic of concussions. Rather, to provide basic information and links to a few pertinent resources.
